This 1950 Ranch Renovation in Essex Junction, VT was nearly rotting away when we found it. It was in delicate condition, making it a compelling venture to take on & redesign for its next loving family searching for a place to call home.
Recent updates include entirely new electric service and full rewire of the house, plumbing work has been done to replace some of the original piping and update the heating system, updated insulation, new roof, siding, windows, deck, flooring, hardware, and appliances. The charming original doors were restored with new hardware to suit their original beauty. To top it off, we placed special attention to include a native landscaping design in the front yard by local master gardener Robin Paul of Early Bird Landscaping. All that’s left to do is watch your plants grow!
Our project has come to its conclusion. As you can see from the 'before’ pictures, we had our work cut out for us!
